excellent bed prompt room service beautiful ground luxurious spa
the bed was excellent i found climate control worked well room service was prompt and delicious the grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained it provided a relaxing setting. the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful i noticed grounds of hotel were beautiful and immaculately maintained the staff maintained constant freshening up of the rooms. the spa is luxurious i saw the well equipped gym offered morning workouts the shuttle service provided easy access to the center village.
some areas looked a bit dated a minor point given the overall quality.

the hotel is amazing location for day trips to provence towns i noticed easy access to the center ville with the complimentary shuttle service the location provides both central access and a sense of seclusion. parking was very easy too

dirty bathroom non-functioning phone
The location allowed for easy parking. That was acceptable.
My room was not clean on arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom. also, the phone in my room did not function. i alerted the front desk, but the problem persisted throughout my stay. no one addressed this issue, which impacted my ability to contact hotel services efficiently.
